Aditya Sharma is a distinguished Military Veteran and a Business expert. He excelled as the Military's Best Supply Chain Instructor and topped his batch in MS in Supply Chain Management at the University of Washington, earning the Dean’s Award. He has also won the International Outstanding Leadership Award at the CXO 2.0 Global Conference and is a speaker and mentor at the Internet 2.0 Conference. He has further been awarded the Global Recognition Award for his work in supply chain management. In his current role as a Leading Business Manager at Zūm, he addresses critical issues in the School Industry by integrating technology into the Supply Chain and Transportation sector impacting millions of children. He also serves as an Executive Company Advisor and Speaker at Washington Business Week and has authored numerous Research papers on supply chain and technology. Aditya is a peer reviewer and Judge for International Journals, with his work shortlisted for inclusion in a supply chain analytics book. He publishes research to educate industry professionals and works with special needs children, providing tech education and career programs. Later, in 2015, the Group trusted me to undertake a new project as Trade & Line Manager at Container Hispania Lines (CHL), one of the Group's shipping companies. Always focused on customer satisfaction, business development and optimization, in 2017 I had the opportunity to be Head of Commercial & Trade at Marguisa Shipping Lines, the main shipping company of the Sea & Ports Group. From that moment on, and until today, my main task has been customer satisfaction.
