Important Announcement: Postponement of Supply Chain Digitalization Conference 2025 

Dear Participants, Partners, and Supporters, 

It is with a heavy heart, but with a strong sense of responsibility, that we share an important update regarding Supply Chain Digitalization Conference 2025. After several weeks of careful deliberation, our conference committee has made the strategic decision to postpone the event to a later date.

This decision was not taken lightly. As an organization, we always strive to deliver a world-class experience to our attendees, partners, and sponsors. Unfortunately, a number of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control have made it clear that holding the event on the scheduled dates would not allow us to meet the standards of quality and experience that we are committed to providing. 

Some of the key challenges influencing this decision include: 

  • Ongoing global and regional political uncertainties, which have created instability in travel and cross-border coordination. 
  • Visa and travel restrictions currently impacting a large number of our international delegates and speakers, making their participation difficult or, in some cases, impossible. 
  • Operational challenges linked to the current global situation, which would prevent us from creating the seamless, engaging, and valuable experience that we believe every participant deserves. 

We deeply understand the effort, planning, and enthusiasm that each of you invested in joining us. Our guiding principle has always been to create a meaningful and enjoyable platform for learning, networking, and business opportunities. Unfortunately, given these circumstances, it would not have been possible to deliver the quality of experience you expect from us at this time. 

Refund Information 

We want to assure you that all registration fees will be refunded in full. Our finance team has already initiated the process, and refunds will be processed in good faith in the coming days. As we do have a large queue to manage, we kindly request your patience and understanding while we complete this process. Every participant will receive their due amount, and we will keep you updated throughout. 

Moving Forward 

This is not a farewell, but only a short pause. Our team is already working on identifying new dates and will announce them once the global and regional circumstances allow us to host the event at the level of excellence you deserve. 

We are truly grateful for your support, understanding, and trust in us. Together, we will return stronger, with a conference experience that reflects the quality, innovation, and inspiration that defines our community.
